By using AuraPic you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AuraPic.
Never trespass, enter restricted or dangerous areas, or break any law to create or complete a hunt.
Stay aware of your surroundings. Do not use the app while driving or in any situation that requires your attention. Obey all traffic and safety rules.
AuraPic is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that occur while playing. You play at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for the hunts, photos, text, and locations you create and publish.
You must not publish content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, that depicts or endangers minors, that harasses others, that infringes intellectual property, or that directs people to private, unsafe, or restricted locations.
You grant us a limited license to host and display your published content so that other players can play your hunt. You retain ownership of your content.
We may review, remove, or restrict any content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice.
You can report content from within the app. We act on reports of dangerous or illegal content.
Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data. Do not spam or flood the platform with content.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Location and matching are approximate and may be inaccurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraPic and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may modify these Terms or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
